Berklee School of Music Professor “Doc” Vose had a dream: to spread his excitement for music and profound respect for the artistry of composer Burt Bacharach and lyricist Hal David. Vose assembled the Deep Blue “C” Studio Orchestra. A Studio Orchestra is traditionally a large ensemble that blend the elements of a symphony orchestra and a jazz or “show” orchestra.
The Deep Blue “C” Studio Orchestra brings 17 musicians, including vocalists, to the Rogers Center stage for a holiday season performance that will include traditional and contemporary Christmas Music with soulful vocals, grand orchestrations, and even a chance to sing along.
