Frank Stella Prints: From the Collections of Jordan D. Schnitzer and His Family Foundation, the artist’s first major print retrospective since 1982, details his remarkable career as a printmaker, with over 100 prints that reveal how Stella’s experimental endeavors have redefined the traditional print.
The Gifts of Frank Stella exhibits a selection of works given to the Addison by or in honor of artist, alumnus, and donor Frank Stella, presented as a complement to the exhibition Frank Stella Prints.
Respect Existence or Expect Resistance: Civil Rights Era Photographs from the Collection presents 38 photographs illustrating the civil rights era in the United States
Eye on the Collection brings together paintings and sculpture spanning the 18th through 20th centuries drawn from the permanent collection.
