This annual exhibition focuses on the most important aspect of the Salem State Art+Design department: the students. Every year, the faculty students within the various artistic diciplines who have distinguished themselves by achieving and surpassing what is expected of them. These students are recognized with Awards of Excellence and an awards dinner. In addition each award recipient is invited to display several pieces of his or her work in this annual exhibit. The work on display will range from commercially-oriented media, such as graphic design, multimedia design, and photography to fine arts media such as painting, sculpture and printmaking.
