Transport to Napa Valley and spend an evening sipping on the varietals of Canard Vineyard at Chopps American Bar and Grill on October 15 at 6:30 p.m. The three-course meal and reception will be guided by Canard Vineyard’s managing director, Adam Fox. Adam will take guests through the finest Canard Vineyard selections while demonstrating the vineyard’s emphasis on quality over quantity. Each year, Canard Vineyard produces nine single vineyard wines, each one expressing the remarkable complexities of the estate’s unique terroir. The expertly composed menu will feature pairings including Lamb “Lollichopps” (quinoa, freekeh, red onion, tomato, feta, and harissa vinaigrette) with a 2016 Zinfandel Canard ‘Estate’, Napa, California.
