This luncheon will feature new member: Root
Michael May is the Associate Director of Programming and Food Service Operations, and a founding member of the Root team. In this role, Michael supports Root’s culinary job training program, acting as a community liaison to local businesses, and supporting food service for Root’s enterprise arms. Over the years Michael has held virtually every position in the front of house from service manager to his first job as a busboy at the age of 15.
Michael is excited to discuss Root’s unique approach to youth workforce development and our social enterprises, all located in Salem, with North of Boston’s membership. For more about Root, please visit: www.rootns.org.
