The Marblehead Little is excited to announce that tickets are now on sale for their upcoming production of Rock of Ages. The production will take place at the Marblehead Little Theatre, 12 School Street in Marblehead and will run June 23rd – July 2nd.
Rock of Ages is being produced by Susan Parker and Lori Lord and is being directed by Steve Black. Musical Direction by Lianne Goodwin.
Rock of Ages tells the story of small town girl Sherrie and city boy Drew, who meet on the Sunset Strip while pursuing their Hollywood dreams. Their rock ‘n’ roll romance is told through the heart-pounding hits of Def Leppard, Joan Jett, Journey, Foreigner, Bon Jovi, Night Ranger, REO Speedwagon, Pat Benatar, Twisted Sister, Poison, Whitesnake, and more.
Performance dates and times are: Friday June 23rd @ 7:30PM, Saturday June 24th @ 2 & 7:30PM, Sunday June 25th @ 2PM, Thursday June 29th @ 7:30PM, Friday June 30th @ 7:30 PM, Saturday July 1st @ 2 & 7:30PM and Sunday July 2nd @ 2PM. Doors open 1/2 hour prior to the performance which will begin promptly at 2PM or 7:30PM. Please keep in mind that there is a construction project going on in the School Street area and the street may be closed to vehicles but you will still be able to access the School Street by foot. You may want to give yourself extra time to find parking and walking to the theatre.
