The Bombadils, Frederik Schuetze opens

November 16, 2019 @ 8:00 pm

The Bombadils are Canadian maritimer Luke Fraser and prairie-girl Sarah Frank.  Both classically trained at McGill University in Montreal, QC. They share a love for The Beatles, Beethoven, folk songs and fiddle tunes. The two pour the spirit of story-telling and kitchen parties into their own writing. Luke brings guitar, mandolin and home-grown east coast vocals in harmony with Sarah’s singing, lyrical fiddle playing andclaw-hammer banjo. Local musician Fred Schuetze opens the evening. The New Moon Coffeehouse is a nonprofit, an all-volunteer organization dedicated to supporting and enjoying the creative talents of acoustic performers. We strive to bring you the best performers in a relaxing, friendly, smoke and alcohol free environment, where you can enjoy a great show, fair trade coffee, and awesome desserts.             The easiest way to get to the coffeehouse is to take 495 to exit 51A (Route 125 South).Stay on Route 125 South for about 1.5 miles. At intersection of Routes 125 & 110, look left for a red brick church. Turn left onto Ashland Street, which is just after Kenoza Ave (aka Rte 110). Parking lots are available behind the church.
