Women’s Classic Shirt Class   Taught by Paula Dorta, seamstress and clothing designer Pattern by Liesl & Co. Saturdays – 10/12, 10/19, 10/26 and 11/2 9 am -12 noon Level: Intermediate For the experienced sewer who has made a wider variety of items and feels comfortable with a new challenge. In this class you will be guided through this shirt sewing pattern, helping you make your first of many button up shirts. Materials provided: Sewing pattern “Women’s Classic Shirt Pattern” by Liesl & Co. Sewing machine and serger are provided by Tinkerhaus, but ifyou wish to bring yours, just let us know. Material to bring to class: Fabric of your choice. Check the pattern online to find amount and suggestedfabric you will need for the size you chose to make. Pattern link Coordinating thread Featheweight interfacing (fusible or sew-in) 7/16”buttons (15 or 17 depending on style of shirt you chose to make) A pair of fabric scissors or rotary cutter A pair of paper scissors Tracing paper (I recommend Swedish tracing paper) A pen to trace your pattern Flexible quilting ruler, or any sewing cutting ruler
