Open Saturdays and Sundays 8:30 a.m. – 2:30 p.m. 4/19 – 5/31. Free. No registration required. Best blossom viewing is late April to mid-May. Along your walk\, you’ll see apple\, peach\, pear\, plum and cherry blossoms along with the farm’s hives with honeybees hard at work. Area closures possible. Closed 4/20 Easter Sunday\, weekdays and afternoons.

DESCRIPTION:Welcome the Spring season and get your green thumbs ready with a planter full of colorful spring blooming bulb plants at our Spring Planter Garden Workshop as part of our Spring BloomFest weekend led by Megan Abbasciano and Kat Kanaan of DBD Floral Boutique! In this workshop\, participants will: \n-Create a Spring Planter filled with daffodils\, tulips\, and grape hyacinths\n-Learn step-by-step hands on instructions on how to assemble your planter\n-Plant care tips to help your container garden thrive when you take it home\n-All supplies are provided and included. Participants are encouraged to bring gloves and an apron for this workshop. \nAbout DBD Floral Boutique: DBD Floral Boutique has served Wilmington since 1989 and the surrounding communities in all aspects of floral artistry. They believe that only while being part of the community can you effectively serve it. Owners Megan and Kat are a best-friend team of free-thinking\, artistic\, and compassion-driven florists\, who look at flowers a little differently. \nPre-registration is required and Space is limited. This includes: \n-Little Sprout Kids Korner (Kids activities and craft station)\n-Storytime at 11 am and 2 pm\n-Little Sprouts in the Garden Education Cart\n-Self-Guided Historic House Tours (Available 10:30 am-4:30 pm)\n-Sensory-Friendly Nature Scavenger Hunt\n-Daily Garden Tours at Noon (approx. 30 minutes)\n-Food and Coffee Vendors\n-Yard Games in our Event Lawn\n-Bulb Information Station \nMother nature can be tricky\, so we appreciate your understanding that the bulbs bloom on their own timeline! No\, children under 2 are free. \nWhat happens if I show up early or late for my entry time? Due to capacity & parking limitations of guests allowed per hour\, we ask that you arrive on time. \nCan I change my date or time? At this time\, we are unable to accommodate date or time changes. \nWhat is the weather policy? This event is rain or shine\, however unsafe or extreme weather will cancel this event. In the event we have to cancel due to weather\, we will offer a full refund or an alternative date to return\, depending on availability. \nHow should I dress? This is an outdoor event\, please dress for the weather. Our paths can get quite muddy so we recommend shoe’s you feel comfortable getting wet. \nWhat is the refund policy? Refunds must be requested no later than 7 days before your ticket date to be honored. \nCan I take my family photos or senior portrait during Spring BloomFest? Yes! We sell photo permits for photographers\, all information can be found on our photo permit page. \nCan we bring a picnic? Yes\, you may. The property entrance for Stevens-Coolidge House & Garden is located at 153 Chickering Road\, North Andover MA. \nIs the site wheelchair or stroller accessible? Stevens-Coolidge has accessible crushed stone pathways that are present throughout the property. Off the paths\, the grounds are uneven grass. \nAre dogs allowed? No\, in order to protect our gardens dogs are not allowed on our public garden properties at any time. \nIs the interior of the property open to the public during this event? Yes\, our historic house will be open for a self-guided tour experience. Our Knowledgeable Guides will be available to answer any questions you may have while in the house.

DESCRIPTION:Visit Long Hill’s breathtaking gardens and stately historic house for a guided tour. Enjoy the rich history of this grand country estate\, home of the Sedgwick family\, as you learn about the elegant lifestyle of wealthy Bostonians on the North Shore\, and the artisans who created it. The tour takes you through the Federal-style house and the spectacular gardens\, with terraces\, statues\, fountains\, and pagodas\, each section filled with unique perennial flowers from around the world. Highlights of the tour include a room filled with stunning 19th century Chinese wallpaper\, the evolution of the stunning Sedgwick gardens\, and the hidden connection between the house and an old Southern antebellum mansion. \nPlease dress appropriately for the weather. Sturdy\, comfortable shoes are recommended. Meeting point for the tour is in front of the Main House by the copper beech tree. \nSpace is limited. \nLong Hill House & Garden Tours run most Saturdays and Sundays April through the end of September. DESCRIPTION:Every weekend at Cider Hill Farm farm brings FREE family-friendly live music on the main lawn from 12-3 pm and extended music on festival dates 11 am – 4 pm. Grab a drink from the Outdoor Hard Cider Bar 11 am – 4 pm on Saturdays and 12-4 pm on Sundays. \nFood – Grab lunch at the food truck 11 am – 4 pm and snacks in the farm store 8 am – 6 pm. Guest food trucks and vendors pop-ups regularly. \nPlay – Parking\, play areas and barnyard are always free and open 8 am – 6 pm daily. Bee observatory\, chickens and goats arrive mid-May. \nWeather – Music\, food truck and hard cider bar are weather dependent. We make decisions 8 am on the day of in case weather shifts overnight. Check website at 8:30 am.
