DESCRIPTION:Classical pianist Daniel Adam Maltz is traveling to Marblehead all the way from Vienna to play the music of Mozart\, Beethoven\, and Haydn on a reproduction 18th Century piano based on Mozart’s own instrument. \nThis one-of-a-kind musical event will be performed on October 18 and 19 in the King Hooper Ballroom at the Marblehead Arts Association. It is co-hosted by the Marblehead Museum. \nDaniel studied historical performance at the Royal Academy of Music in London and at Vienna’s University for Music and Performing Arts\, and he made his Carnegie Hall debut at age 22. In her quest to find her most authentic self\, Erlewine gifts each listener with a powerful\, emotional experience that immediately connects us. \nRaised in a home full of art and music\, Erlewine began writing songs at a very young age. As a teenager she hitchhiked across the country\, honing her skills as a performer and absorbing the kind of stories and landscapes that would inform her music.
