SUMMARY:"Tides of Love" — A Beach Labyrinth Experience (Free)
DESCRIPTION:Join us in creating a labyrinth with “Labyrinth Lady” Ricia Fleming on August 25\, 2024 at 10am on King’s Beach. This beach has been the focus of much concern for years\, and we want to bring healing and grateful energy to it. \nHave you ever created or walked a labyrinth? It is a unique spiritual experience. Labyrinth walking is an ancient practice used by many different faiths for spiritual centering\, contemplation\, and prayer. It is a form of active meditation. Entering the serpentine path of a labyrinth\, you walk slowly while quieting your mind and focusing on a spiritual question or prayer. \nAll are welcome! Hosted by the Unitarian Universalist Church of Greater Lynn and our community partner\, Save King’s Beach. \nThings to know: \nKing’s Beach is located at 153 Lynn Shore Drive (right across from the Christian Scientist Church). We will gather on the end of the beach near Red Rock Park.\nBring a stick to help inscribe the path.\nSandals are highly recommended. \nVisit us at uucgl.org to learn more about our congregation.
