SUMMARY:Daughtry - 20 Years Unplugged Tour
DESCRIPTION:With Ryan Perdz on support \nDaughtry celebrates 20 years with an intimate acoustic performance!\nFormed in 2006\, the Grammy Award®-nominated\, multi-platinum rock band Daughtry has remained a dominant force for nearly two decades. Fronted by powerhouse vocalist Chris Daughtry\, the band has sold more than 11 million records worldwide\, earned four Grammy nominations\, received American Music Awards\, and achieved multiple Billboard chart-toppers\, including three No. 1 rock singles. Entering a bold new chapter with their latest albums\, Dearly Beloved and Shock to the System\, Daughtry delivers a harder-edged\, high-impact statement that reaffirms their evolution and staying power—proving they’re not just part of the rock conversation but are still driving it. \nRYAN PERDZ\nRyan Perdz is a 24-year-old singer\, songwriter\, and multi-instrumentalist from Buffalo\, NY. Raised on his grandparents’ family farm\, he began teaching himself guitar at age ten and expanded into bass\, violin\, and mandolin\, developing a hands-on approach to songwriting and arrangement. \nInfluenced by artists such as Nirvana\, Chris Cornell\, Red Hot Chili Peppers\, and Led Zeppelin\, Perdz channels the emotional weight of 90s rock through a modern lens\, balancing grit with melody. His music often explores isolation\, self-doubt\, and perseverance\, delivered with a clarity that feels lived-in rather than ornamental. \nAfter independently releasing multiple singles and his First Sight EP an racking up tens of millions of views across social media\, Perdz cultivated a loyal audience through consistent self-directed output. In 2025\, he signed with Big Machine Rock and began recording his debut full-length album. His growing catalogue of original music has generated millions of streams\, and his audience continues to expand across digital platforms as he releases singles from his forthcoming debut\, including “Sour” and “Heavy Eyes.” \nAs he prepares to unveil his debut album\, Ryan Perdz stands positioned at the forefront of a new generation of rock artists shaped by both digital culture and classic influences. \nVIP OFFERINGS\nVIP Tier 1 -One (1) Stage Played Acoustic Guitar Signed by The Members of Daughtry\, Special Polaroid Moment and Professional Photo to Commemorate This Once in a Lifetime Experience\, Meet & Greet and Step & Repeat Photo With The Band\, One (1) Collectible Tour Lithograph\, One (1) Signed\, Shock To The System (Part Two) 12″ Vinyl \,One (1) VIP Exclusive Pick Set\, One (1) Pair of Official Daughtry Drumsticks \, One (1) Commemorative VIP Laminate \nVIP Tier 2 – Access to Special Q&A with the members of Daughtry\, Group Photo Opportunity with the members of Daughtry\, One (1) Collectible Tour Lithograph\, One (1) Signed\, Shock To The System (Part Two) 12″ Vinyl\, One (1) VIP Exclusive Pick Set\, One (1) Pair of Official Daughtry Drumsticks \, One (1) Commemorative VIP Laminate \nVIP Tier 3 – One (1) Collectible Tour Lithograph\, One (1) Signed\, Shock To The System (Part Two) 12″ Vinyl\, One (1) VIP Exclusive Pick Set\, One (1) Pair of Official Daughtry Drumsticks\, One (1) Commemorative VIP Laminate *Please note VIP Tier 4 does not have artist participation.* \nPLEASE NOTE: This show has early doors beginning at 6:00 PM; the show will begin at 7:00 PM.

SUMMARY:Free Admission for Indigenous Peoples' Day
DESCRIPTION:On Indigenous Peoples’ Day\, we honor the sovereignty\, resilience and immense contributions of Native Americans. Join us for a free day of special programming to respectfully acknowledge and celebrate Indigenous communities. \nArtist Presentation with Elizabeth James Perry\nNoon–1:30 pm | Main Atrium \n2023 NEA Heritage award recipient Elizabeth James-Perry (Aquinnah Wampanoag) joins us for a presentation of her artistic practice. Her work engages with Northeastern Woodlands Native cultural expressions\, primarily in sculptural forms of wampum shell-carving and bead-making with its connection to identity and sovereignty\, maritime traditions and restorative Native gardening. \nShe is a culture bearer\, lecturer\, educator and plant walk leader in addition to textile\, wampum and quill work. You can find her work on display in On This Ground: Being and Belonging in America. \nFilm Screenings: We Still Live Here: Âs Nutayuneân\n11:30 am–1 pm\, 1–2:30 pm Morse Auditorium\n84 minutes long \nWe Still Live Here: Âs Nutayuneân\, a documentary by award-winning filmmaker Anne Makepeace\, tells the story of the return of the Wampanoag language\, a language that was silenced for more than a century. At the heart of the film is Jessie Little Doe Baird (Mashpee Wampanoag)\, who finds her way from the tiny enclave of Mashpee\, Massachusetts\, to becoming a celebrated linguist honored with a MacArthur ‘genius’ award in 2010 for her unprecedented work in bringing her own Wampanoag language back home. \nWe Still Live Here interweaves the present-day story of Jessie and other Wampanoags reclaiming their language with historical events that silenced the language and obliterated much of their culture – epidemics\, missionary pressures\, land loss and the indenture of Native children. Ruth Lingford’s powerful animation illuminates and deepens the emotional impact of these devastating events\, even as the contemporary story brings a hopeful vision of the future.

SUMMARY:Dracula (1931) & Frankenstein (1931) Double Feature
DESCRIPTION:It’s the 95th anniversary of two iconic horror movies\, and we’re bringing them to the big screen at The Cabot! First it’s Bela Lugosi in Dracula\, followed by Boris Karloff in Frankenstein! \nThere will be a 10 minute intermission between the films. \nThe dashing\, mysterious Count Dracula (Bela Lugosi) travels to London from Transylvania and takes up residence in a ruined abbey. A string of attacks soon follow\, the victims being found with all the blood drained from their body. While Dracula sets his sights on Mina\, the daughter of a prominent doctor at a nearby sanatorium\, Professor Van Helsing is enlisted to stop the attacks and investigate the Count. \nThe obsessed scientist Dr. Henry Frankenstein nears the end of his quest to create life by assembling a creature made from body parts of the deceased in his secluded laboratory. On the stormy night Henry’s fiancee Elizabeth and his former colleagues arrive to bring him home\, Dr. Frankenstein finally succeeds in animating his grotesque creature (Boris Karloff).

SUMMARY:Abigail Rose & Melanie MacLaren
DESCRIPTION:Two compelling voices in contemporary folk share the stage in this intimate co-bill. Nashville singer-songwriters Abigail Rose and Melanie MacLaren pair vivid storytelling and distinctive vocals with indie-folk and Americana influences—Rose with her expansive folk-rock sound and MacLaren with haunting\, witty lyricism and evocative finger-style guitar. \nEnjoy an evening of live music in the relaxed\, lounge-like setting of Upstairs on Main\, where great music meets a casual atmosphere with the bar open throughout the event. \nLocation: Shalin Liu Performance Center Third Floor Lounge \nABOUT ABIGAIL ROSE \nAbigail Rose is a Nashville indie-folk artist whose songs pair vivid storytelling with a voice The New York Times called “a slightly folk-y Stevie Nicks.” Raised on the outskirts of Music Row\, she began writing songs young and has carried that songwriter’s instinct throughout her career. \nHer breakout single\, “Run Girl\,” reached New Music Friday playlists across seven European countries and became one of the most-played songs of 2024 on radioeins\, Berlin’s market-leading radio station. In 2026\, “Betty’s in the Band\,” her duet with Weston Hunter\, sparked an even bigger breakthrough: a live clip went viral before the song’s release\, and the track surpassed one million Spotify streams in its first ten days\, growing her monthly audience to more than half a million listeners. \nAbigail has become a fixture of Nashville’s songwriter scene\, selling out her EP release show at The Basement and making her AmericanaFest debut this September. She recently wrapped an East Coast tour with Bre Kennedy\, with more dates to be announced soon. \nBeyond the stage\, Abigail volunteers with Musicians On Call\, bringing live music to hospital patients\, and performed at the organization’s 25th Anniversary Show in Nashville alongside Kelsea Ballerini and Wynonna Judd. Her debut album arrives in the fall\, bringing years of work together in one defining statement and opening the door to her next chapter. \nABOUT MELANIE MACLAREN \nMelanie MacLaren has quickly established herself in the folk and Americana scene with her unique ability to blend poetic lyricism and a tongue-in-cheek sensibility with timeless folk style. Melanie’s “haunting yet humorous” songs\, distinctive finger-style guitar and soul-string vocals have won over live audiences nationally and internationally since 2022. Her ability to effortlessly weave past and present threads of the folk tradition without sacrificing any sense of individuality and contemporary relevance make her an undeniable artist to watch. \nShe released her stunning debut EP “Kill My Time” in 2022 independently to enthusiastic critical reception before gaining the attention of Tone Tree Distribution in Nashville. Within a few months of the release\, she had signed with Tone Tree\, landed several coveted playlist spots (most notably Spotify’s Best of 2022 Fresh Folk Finds)\, and released a second EP of duets entitled “Tadpole Emporium” with Dublin songwriter Lorkin O’Reilly (DUG) which they toured together in the UK and Ireland. \nMelanie then released her second solo EP “Tourist” in April 2023. With tracks featured on multiple editorial playlists (most notably Spotify Fresh Finds and Spotify’s Best of 2022 Fresh Folk Finds) she garnered over 2.5 million streams across platforms. After touring extensively in 2023 and early 2024\, Melanie released a live to tape EP of her early work this May entitled “Songs are Ghosts” and an EP “Bloodlust. \nMelanie has toured in the US solo four times to enthusiastic audiences as well as touring the UK and Ireland. She has shared bills with both established and rising folk artists like Caleb Caudle\, Jessica Lea Mayfield\, Charli Adams\, Joshua Burnside\, DUG\, Lorkin O’Reilly\, Ramsey Thornton\, Bobby Bare Jr. and June Henry. In 2024\, she had the opening spot on Charlie Starr’s (Blackberry Smoke) solo acoustic tour in January and played to several sold out audiences. \nIn 2025 Melanie was selected as one of the finalist in the Troubadour Contest for Telluride Bluegrass Festival and was an official artist at Salmonfest in Alaska in August marking her first major festival appearances. In 2026 Melanie embarked on a successful coheadline tour of the Northeast with artist Liv Greene. She continues to write music and work on new projects.
