The Cabot Lodge is a 13-room boutique hotel located in the heart of downtown Beverly, MA.

The iconic brick building set at 278 Cabot Street dates back to 1897 as a butcher and grocery shop, Marston & Sturtevant. Over the years, the building operated as an auto supply store until it changed hands in 1979 to Brown’s Bicycles. The family-owned business thrived for forty years, built on a foundation of integrity, family, and fun. The Cabot Lodge, established in 2019, aims to continue these ideals by welcoming guests into the local fold.

Mixing Caribbean and Colonial American influences, this vibrant new hotel is a beacon to Beverly’s artsy scene. Visit the theater and enjoy a favorite restaurant, bar, or brewery all just a short walk from our boutique hotel. For further exploration, head into Salem for some spooky adventures, or drive along the coastal route to America’s oldest fishing port, Gloucester. Both within a 20-minute drive from the property. The Cabot Lodge embraces a genuine local experience and is home base for your next North Shore getaway!

Amenities include: contactless self check-in, free Wi-Fi, flat screen tv with cable, walk-in overhead rain shower, locally crafted bath amenities from Firsthand Supply, and complimentary tea, coffee, and snacks.
