Our all inclusive venue rental pricing makes it very easy for our clients. We have taken great efforts to make it simple for everyone with no unexpected costs that can sneak in along the way. The venue rental cost includes the following:

  • The use of our indoor or outdoor ceremony area options
  • The use of our restored barn which has heat and AC
  • All in-house tables, wooden cross-back chairs, tablecloths, and napkins
  • Our beautiful, authentic farm tables that you can use for guest seating
  • The patio and lawns surrounding the barn to be used for cocktail hour and into the evening with outdoor  couches and seating and two outdoor fire pit areas with seating
  • A large assortment of lawn games for you and your guests to enjoy
  • Oversized whiskey barrel tables which can be used as cocktail tables
  • On-site Bradstreet Team event specialist to run your special day
  • Bartending staff
  • Our private Farmhouse Cottage dressing suite on the grounds

We can accommodate outdoor weddings as well as indoor. Brand new for 2022, we are building two new dressing suites that will be ready for the start of our 2022 wedding & event season! These beautiful, custom areas are a wonderful addition to our venue and will allow both teams to be here all day in separate spaces on-site getting ready! Relax, get ready, and then walk right over to your ceremony- all right here on the farm!
