The Topsfield Fairgrounds is home to Coolidge Hall, which is one of the best wedding venues on the North Shore. Whether you are having your ceremony, reception, or both events on the fairgrounds, our number one goal is to provide you with a location for the wedding of your dreams. To provide the ultimate experience for our wedding couples, we offer extensive customization and flexibility, as each wedding we host is unique to the couple getting married.

Although most of the events are centered in Coolidge Hall, we have a variety of other spaces available to use. Coolidge Square, our beautifully landscaped courtyard located just outside of the hall, is perfect for an outdoor cocktail hour. What is used as the “Picnic Area” during the Topsfield Fair can be transformed into an oasis for the perfect ceremony – complete with a rustic stage for the bride and groom to be wed on. For those who are looking for a more casual event, the Picnic Area can also be used for outdoor games and festivities during the reception.
