Any persons who enter a giveaway hosted by a Visit North of Boston social media platform is acknowledging that they have read and consent to the following terms and conditions.
The winner will be randomly selected and notified via DM from @VisitNorthofBoston on Instagram or Facebook, or a collaborating account. Prizes must be accepted in the state they are offered and cannot be transferred, exchanged, substituted, or redeemed for cash value. Black out dates may apply.
No purchase or payment necessary to enter or win. The winner will never be asked to provide credit card, banking, or financial info to claim their prize. Contestants must be at least 21 years of age. Contestants may not be North of Boston Convention and Visitors Bureau employees or any collaborating or co-sponsoring entities’ employees or family members of employees. This promotion is not endorsed or administered by Instagram or Facebook.
The winner (for themselves, their heirs, executors, and administrators) hereby agrees to release, hold harmless, discharge, and indemnify the North of Boston Convention and Visitors Bureau, all giveaway collaborators, prize providers, and co-sponsors, and each of their respective affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, and agents (collectively, “the Released Parties”) from and for any claims, demands, liability, lawsuits, injuries (including death), illness, property damage, attorney’s fees, expenses, costs, causes of action, judgments, or awards of any kind or character (“Loss”) that may accrue, arise, or otherwise exist because of their travel, acceptance, possession, use or misuse of the prize, and participation in the giveaway by the North of Boston Convention and Visitors Bureau.
