The Northeast Massachusetts Youth Orchestras (NMYO) present a chamber music concert that is the culmination of an eight-week rehearsal period during which each of the small string, woodwind, flute, brass, saxophone, and percussion ensembles rehearse with visiting professional musicians. These twelve small ensembles will perform music by both classical and modern composers including Ludwig van Beethoven, Paquito D’Rivera, Franz Joseph Haydn, and Florence Price.
