Classical pianist Daniel Adam Maltz is traveling to Marblehead all the way from Vienna to play the music of Mozart, Beethoven, and Haydn on a reproduction 18th Century piano based on Mozart’s own instrument.
This one-of-a-kind musical event will be performed on October 18 and 19 in the King Hooper Ballroom at the Marblehead Arts Association. It is co-hosted by the Marblehead Museum.
Daniel studied historical performance at the Royal Academy of Music in London and at Vienna’s University for Music and Performing Arts, and he made his Carnegie Hall debut at age 22. He is stopping in Marblehead as part of a national concert tour.
