Upstairs on Main: Rum Runners String Band

The North Shore-based Rum Runners String Band brings a mix of gypsy jazz, folk, Americana, old time country, fiddle tunes and original songs to the lounge-like atmosphere of the hall’s third floor.
Group founder Joe Wilkins, who performs alongside instrumentalists Joe Kessler and Luke Conlin, performs consistently throughout the Northeast. The songwriter, studio musician and music instructor wows crowds not only as the band’s lead vocalist, but as a skilled multi-instrumentalist.
