The Cabot Lodge is a 13-room boutique hotel located in the heart of downtown Beverly, MA.  The iconic brick building set at 278 Cabot Street dates back to 1897 as a butcher and grocery shop, Marston & Sturtevant. Over the years, the building operated as an auto supply store until it changed hands in 1979 to Brown’s Bicycles. The family-owned business thrived for forty years, built on a foundation of integrity, family, and fun. The Cabot Lodge, established in 2019, aims to continue these ideals by welcoming guests into the local fold.

Mixing Caribbean and Colonial American influences, this vibrant new hotel is a beacon to Beverly’s artsy scene.
