The Cabot Theater, located in the heart of downtown Beverly, is a stunning architectural treasure built by the Ware Brothers in 1920.  It was a dream palace for vaudeville and silent movies.   The Cabot is a rare survivor. Only about 250 similar movie palaces still exist out of an estimated 20,000 theaters built in the 1920s.  Over the past 8 years, the theater has undergone an amazing transformation through renovations that offer modern comforts and amenities through the efforts of the entire community. Today, you can find world-class live performances  and films throughout the year.

The mission of the Cabot is to bring vibrancy to the north shore community through diverse programming that entertains, educates, and inspires.  You can join our community by becoming a member of the Cabot. Membership unlocks special perks from early access tickets, to free movie and concert tickets and special events.  For shows and member information, please visit www.thecabot.org.
