Windhover is a performing arts center serving the greater Cape Ann region by creating and nurturing community through sharing the experience of the arts through exciting performances.

Every weekend in the summer, all kinds of professional dance including Flamenco, ballet, modern, tap and jazz is shown on our outdoor stage which is covered by a large tent. Shakespeare, along with other theater shows and Music performances take place from June through October. Windhover also offers classes, workshops, yoga and meditation retreats, and poetry readings.

Windhover offers sanctuary and shelter –  for the audience under the tent that now covers the stage and audience area, and for performers, directors, musicians and choreographers to work together in creative collaborations through week-long residencies. Cabins house 25 artists throughout the summer.
