Cape Ann Works: In the Beginning

During our initial program in 2022, feedback from the local community, businesses, elected officials and state leaders, shared a need to support students and the workforce. In addition to housing and transportation needs, key areas for program enhancements were identified, such as resume building, interview preparation, job search assistance, and additional training opportunities to improve workplace skills and provide continuing education credits.
